Hollywood has always known the numbers. It just kept looking away.

In partnership with Geena Davis Institute, it features interviews with Meryl Streep, Reese Witherspoon, Cate Blanchett, Natalie Portman, Shonda Rhimes, Taraji P. Henson, Anita Hill, and dozens more, the film traces the history, empirical evidence, and entrenched forces that have kept women out of the rooms where decisions get made. It premiered at TIFF to standing ovations, won the Gracie Award and LA Press Club's Best Documentary, and reached a global audience on Starz and Netflix.

As Co-Producer, I coordinated 50+ high-profile interviews, supported a multi-platform social impact campaign that drove a Top 10 Netflix placement, and created the catalyst for inclusive hiring practices within our own production and studio — ensuring the values the film championed were reflected in how we actually built our team.
