Who Is She?
I've spent my career in the rooms where stories become real and in the spreadsheets that make sure they stay that way.
I'm an Emmy-nominated, Latin Grammy Award-winning Executive Producer with over a decade of experience making documentaries and series for Netflix, HBO, Paramount+, and TCM. My work has taken me from the inside of Folsom Prison to the halls of the Vatican, from Havana casinos to Capitol Hill, always chasing the stories that are too complicated, too human, or too important to ignore.
But the longer I do this, the more I find myself thinking about what comes next.
We're living in a moment where everything about how stories are made, distributed, and experienced is being rewritten in real time. AI isn't coming for storytelling, it's already here, and the question isn't whether to engage with it but how to do it without losing the thing that makes stories matter: the irreducible complexity of human experience.
That's the question I'm pursuing now, both in my work, where I'm currently Executive Producing a GenAI-driven animated project with Morgan Freeman, and in the classroom, where I'm completing an Executive MBA at UCLA Anderson, specializing in Technology and Global Management.
I'm not interested in the future of content. I'm interested in the future of meaning, and what it looks like when the best creative instincts meet the most powerful tools we've ever had.
That's the work. That's why I'm here.
