Mafia Spies is the shockingly true story of how the United States government hired organized crime to do its dirtiest work — a geopolitical chess match played out across the glittering casinos of Havana, the backrooms of Washington, and the stages of midcentury Hollywood. The story was already wilder than anything a writer could invent. My job was to make sure the production matched it.

In partnership with Danny Strong Productions, I Executive Produced this premium docuseries for Paramount+ — 6 episodes, 7 hours of premium content, integrating period accurate live-action, VFX, and never before seen archival across 20+ vendor partners simultaneously. At peak production I scaled the team to 60 people, managing the full human infrastructure alongside the creative one. The kind of production where the organizational architecture has to be as airtight as the creative vision, or the whole thing unravels.
